Turn Around Time

The turn around time for all products except beaded items (unless they’re custom) is 2 weeks. If TAT is going to be longer than that is will be stated in the products description. For non custom beaded items they are RTS and will be sent out in 5 days or less. I strive to be quicker than TAT, but sometimes life gets in the way.

Returns & Refunds

Personalized: These items can not be returned, and the only way to receive a refund for them is if something is wrong. You must be able to provide evidence that something is wrong within 24 hours of receiving the product. If you do not no refund will be sent.

Other: To receive a refund for these items you must be able to provide evidence something is wrong within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once this has been resolved you must send the item back before you will receive a refund. If item is not sent back within 2 days no refund will be issued.
